If I asked you the question, ‘What do you want most for your child when they grow up?’, I imagine the first answer to spring to mind would be, ‘I want them to be happy.’ And, if you had to dig a little deeper, I imagine, by that, you’d mean you want them to have good mental health, healthy relationships, and fulfilment in whatever career they choose.

As we launch our children into the world, we feel committed to doing everything in our power to make that happen. And then, far too often, ‘things’ get in the way.
